Understanding the Problem

Approximately 60% of Hyderabad’s residents struggle to find time for laundry. Several areas lack convenient laundry services, and many users encounter difficulties while scheduling online. Common issues include non-responsive websites, confusing order methods, and lack of mobile optimization.

Finding the Solution

To address these challenges, I focused on:

Creating an immersive and responsive website that clearly presents services and locations.
Establishing a user-friendly order flow and management system for scheduling and tracking orders from both laptops and mobile devices.
Implementing a straightforward dashboard for owners to efficiently manage orders.

Initially, I began designing in Figma. After a few design changes, I ultimately developed it in WordPress, utilizing a web development tool called Elementor.

Conclusion

Using user insights, I revamped Laundroway as a user-friendly platform. I identified pain points and created clever solutions to ensure a smooth user experience. Through brainstorming, prototypes, and user testing, I built a clear website (and admin dashboard with the help of developers). This project showcases my commitment to impactful design, happy users, and thriving businesses.
